Personality and working-style overlay
Capability tells you what someone can do. TCS Match tells you how they are wired to work, mapped against the principal, so you can see where the friction will be and where the fit will be. Added at checkout to any assessment and delivered inside the same report.

A separate stream, not a senior EA. Tests proxy decision-making, influence without authority, board-level communication and strategic synthesis. An employer edition for CEOs and founders, and a candidate edition, CoS Certified, for the people stepping up into the seat.
